How do I track my shipment?

Tracking International & Domestic Shipping

This article will cover all both international and domestic shipping tracking. 

The purpose of the article is to educate our customers on our shipment process.

In-turn we hope that our customers and potential clients will be able to better understand why deliveries function in certain ways and why the ETA of shipment may vary for each client.

Domestic Shipment 

Our Malaysian based customers can find out their tracking shipment via our Track your Order link which you can click right here. You can also find our links to track your order on the bottom of our website (website footer).

Our assigned courier services is POSLAJU. Should there be ever a time we opted for a different local courier service, we will always be sure to let you know before hand. 

All customer checkouts and online receipts come with a tracking number for the relevant courier service.


International Shipment

Clients who make purchases from us internationally will have to liaise with us via email or Whatsapp 

Due to the shipment varying largely on a global scale, we cannot for certain use a specific courier. 

Our international customers have our guarantee that all details of purchase (including shipment & tracking)

will be included in the provided documents or messages. 

Should you have any enquiries on international export/import laws, feel free to liaise with us. 

Expect slower paced delivery due to the action of closing/limiting of cargo ports by many countries in regards to combating COVID-19.
