What do I do if my products are defective/damaged

Our products/goods sold are non-refundable. In any case of damaged goods due to shipment liability or mishandling,

refer to our refund policy guidelines here.

Can I return my products if I changed my mind?

Products/goods sold are non-refundable. 

Eligibility criteria for defective/damaged goods

Defective goods must fulfill minimum one of the following criteria's  

  1. Product/goods were clearly mishandled by courier service or shipment travel. *Courier service liability
  2. Products/goods show clearly signs of defectiveness when still sealed with all relevant tags still attached
  3. The wrong product/goods were delivered.

How do I buy more than 1 meter of fabric?

Purchase multiple products of the same fabric, Leave a customer note to us on your preferences  Whether you would like it cut or kept at full length.

How do I use bank transfer as a payment gateway?

At payment checkout, select bank transfer, Mayasilk's Bank information will be displayed. After a successful transfer has been made by the customer. The website will prompt you to upload your bank transfer receipt on the page itself. Your order will be confirmed and processed within the next 2-3 business days.
